Earl V. Trimmer, CPA is a graduate of West Branch High School and a cum laude graduate of Youngstown State University where he majored in accounting with duel minors in management and economics.  His work experience includes working at a large regional accounting firm and private industry.

Earl opened his office in Damascus, Ohio in 1996 for small to medium-sized businesses in the areas of accounting, taxes, and business consulting.  The current office facility was constructed in 1998. 

Since opening, the firm has grown to service hundreds of business and individual clients ranging from individuals and sole proprietors to corporations with gross sales up to $20 million.

Stacy J. Pierce, EA is a graduate of Salem High School and Kent State University with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. In 2018, She obtained her Enrolled Agent (“EA”) designation allowing her to “Practice before the IRS.”  Only CPA’s, attorney’s and Enrolled Agents are allowed to represent taxpayers directly with the IRS.  In order to obtain the “Enrolled Agent” designation, Stacy had to pass rigorous tests demonstrating her comprehensive knowledge of tax laws.  Stacy Pierce has been with the firm for over 16 years.  She began her career as an intern in 2005.
